Step 2: Recognition of further training and continuing education

1. The organiser is already certified according to a recognised quality assurance procedure (e.g., CERTQUA, AZAV etc.): This certification continues to be valid for at least 2 more years. 2. Customers receive all relevant information to get a picture of the educational institution/the organiser, including the orientation of this institution (e.g., mission statement) (flyer/internet). 3. The information on the courses offered is up to date and can be viewed in full. It contains learning content and the admission requirements. 4. An evaluation of the further training will be carried out. 5. Classrooms and infrastructure support the learning process and guarantee adult-oriented learning. 6. Suitable diverse media are used. Participants receive books and other materials (also possible online).
